Hourly Consulting & Repair
Hands-on help with whatever has come up — troubleshooting, device setup, software questions, training, and more. No problem is too small. Billed in 30-minute increments after the first hour, with a travel fee for locations more than 30 minutes from my office.
Residential Maintenance Plan
Most people run into at least one technology issue a month. A maintenance plan means you don’t have to handle them alone. I schedule regular visits to review your equipment, address anything that’s come up, and keep things running smoothly. Plan members also receive a discount on any additional services throughout the year.
IT Assessment — Residential
A structured review of your technology and services, resulting in a plain-English document you can actually use. We identify areas to reduce spending, address persistent issues, and plan ahead for equipment that will eventually need to be replaced.
